I’m Rachel.  I’m 33.  I’ve lived in Los Angeles for 10 years.  I used to write a funny blog about the good, bad and ugly (mostly ugly) of my life as a single 20-something in L.A., until I met my now-husband in 2008.  We tied the knot in July 2011 and had our first baby, Lucy, in November 2012.  Now that I’m more in the groove of life with a newborn but still on maternity leave till May from my lawyer job, I have returned to my love of writing and started this blog.

I’m hoping this blog will be cathartic for me, potentially entertaining for my readers (hi Mom) and maybe fun for little Lucy to read when she’s older.  And of course, I’m hoping to get a million views and a book deal.  Hey, a person can dream!
